Collaborators of TEMIMPS:
At TEMIMPS significant emphasis is devoted to attracting biologists with scientific questions that can be addressed by electron crystallography of membrane proteins. TEMIMPS will carry out 2D crystallization and structure determination of membrane protein targets from collaborators. Those interested in running their membrane protein targets though our structure determination pipeline are encouraged to contact us directly or through our website. A member of our executive committee will then contact the interested parties to learn about the project. This member will then present the case to the executive committee and if accepted the project will enter our pipeline. An attractive collaborator will have made some progress on sample production and have specific advice on suitable constructs. A list of current TEMIMPS collaborators is given below.
